• Once a consultation is completed, no refund will be provided.
• Refunds are only applicable if:
  • You booked a service by mistake and inform us within 12 hours of payment (before the session/report is prepared).
  • Technical/payment errors occur during the booking process.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request a reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Rescheduling is subject to astrologer availability.

3. Report/Service Delivery

• All digital reports or remedies once prepared and shared are considered delivered and non-refundable.
